By accessing or using mountainrangemarkets.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, and members of Mountain Range Markets, LLC ("MRM," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Mountain Range Markets provides cattle market intelligence, forecasting model outputs, risk management information, and related content to agricultural producers and industry participants in Montana and the Mountain West region. Access to certain content requires a member account obtained through the invite code process described on our Membership page.

MRM is a market intelligence platform. It is not a licensed commodity trading advisor, registered investment advisor, licensed insurance broker in any jurisdiction other than Montana, or financial planning service.

3. Membership & Access

Access to the members area of the Site requires a valid invite code issued by MRM. Invite codes are issued at the sole discretion of MRM following a consultation with Tory Johnson. Possession of an invite code does not guarantee continued access — MRM reserves the right to revoke access at any time for any reason.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or invite code with others. Each account is for individual use only.

4. Disclaimer — Not Financial or Insurance Advice

ALL CONTENT ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MARKET ANALYSIS, FORECASTING MODEL OUTPUTS, LIVESTOCK RISK PROTECTION (LRP) RECOMMENDATIONS, PASTURE RANGELAND AND FORAGE (PRF) RECOMMENDATIONS, AND ANY OTHER COMMENTARY, IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.

Nothing on this Site constitutes a guarantee, promise, or warranty of any specific market outcome, insurance indemnity, or financial result. Past model performance does not guarantee future accuracy. All content on this Site — including but not limited to forecasting models, analytical methodologies, written analysis, market summaries, graphics, and the MRM brand — is the intellectual property of Mountain Range Markets, LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publish any content from this Site without express written permission from MRM.

Member access does not transfer any ownership rights in MRM's models, data, or content.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MOUNTAIN RANGE MARKETS, LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT PUBLISHED HERE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSSES RESULTING FROM LIVESTOCK RISK PROTECTION OR PASTURE RANGELAND AND FORAGE INSURANCE DECISIONS, COMMODITY TRADING DECISIONS, OR ANY OTHER RISK MANAGEMENT ACTION.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Yellowstone County, Montana.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
